The San Diego Pro Arte Voices will present their third annual An Evening of Readings & Carols. The format of the concert is modeled after the famous Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols service at King’s College Cambridge presented every Christmas Eve since 1918 and broadcast live via BBC Radio. Musical selections will be paired with readings by distinguished guest speakers. Repertoire will include Carter O Come, O Come, Emmanuel, Britten, A Hymn to the Virgin, Poston Jesus Christ The Apple Tree, Villette Hymne a la Vierge, and J.C. Bach Lieber Herr Gott.

Children 5 and under are free.
